Lift Me Up! Offers AHA Skills Workshops

Lift Me Up opened its doors to 20 physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and therapeutic riding instructors for four days in September. As the host of the American Hippotherapy Association (AHA) approved Workshop, Lift Me Up achieved another milestone which was made possible by the acquisition of the new facility. Therapists from Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and Virginia attended the Equine Skills Course and the Treatment Principles Course. These courses are required for therapists who are pursuing registration with AHA.
